The ground floor has 2 rooms with their bathrooms. The front room has an attached 100 sq ft patio that is ideal for having tea or coffee in them. As for the top level, each of these Belize properties has a kitchen, a living room and dining areas that overlook the natural scenery surrounding the houses. In addition, the top floor has a patio that is attached to the living room and a veranda off the kitchen.
Aside from the main structure, the Belize properties come with many facilities to make the stay of their owners quite relaxing and enjoyable. Water is supplied from the Placencia village, whereas electricity is available due to Placencia Pointe being part of the mainland's electricity grid. Plus, despite the security and peaceful feeling that usually accompany being cut off from the rest of the world, cable TV, phones and internet connections can also be made available at each housing unit to ensure that homeowners remain connected to everyone and everything.
Owners of these Belize properties will also have access to the 96 foot, 8 slip pier which is located at the mouth of the lagoon, thus can enjoy fishing and boating. Plus, other facilities offered to them include a swimming pool with Jacuzzi located between the Barracuda and Dolphin buildings as well as a large Palapa covered deck with a built-in Barbeque for BBQ parties and social gatherings.
